Notary needed once a week, can be flexible (8am-6pm) but I prefer Wednesdays. Should only take between 1 or 2 hours of your time.
You will be notarizing deeds and affidavits, no loan documents for an online real estate company. Estimate maybe 20-30 deeds.
I will need a PayPal invoice before we begin each session so I can pay with a business credit card.
