Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay: $23 - $29/hr

Key Responsibilities:
-Timely and professional completion of maintenance work orders and repairs
-Maintenance and repair tasks in residential units, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, cabinetry, tiling, flooring, drywall, and security systems
-Scheduled preventive maintenance and checklist completion
-Electrical installations and repairs, including troubleshooting and fixing control circuits and refrigeration equipment
-Preparing vacated apartments for re-rental, including inspection and make-ready tasks
-General building and grounds upkeep, including occasional outdoor custodial duties (e.g., snow removal)
Requirements:
Previous minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role
Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing
HVAC certification is mandatory
Knowledge of various home appliances
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
High school diploma or GED
Own set of tools
Must own a reliable truck or SUV
