IMMEDIATE OPENING for a seasoned licensed community association manager to handle multiple associations.
Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
Duties include communication with tenants/homeowners and vendors. Scheduling of work and requesting quotes. Keeping files updated, both hard copies and online. Attend Board Meetings and manage day-to-day operations of residential associations.
Knowledge of Skyline or Yardi a plus.
Candidate must possess good written and verbal skills, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude.
