Chicago-area owner of over 300 units, seeking experienced manager of large apartment buildings.
Applicant MUST have:
4-year college degree, plus at least 10 years of rental apartment building management
Experience in managing multi-units
Steady and stable history of employment , plus a good history of promotions
Good transportation and live close to downtown Chicago and the North Side of Chicago.
Accept working and being on call for off-hours and weekends
Duties include:
Supporting main manager in handling all relations with company leasing, including:
Delinquent rent collected
Serving and delivering eviction notices
Following up in all areas of leasing renewals and hold-overs
Inspecting vacant units and working with the maintenance staff to get them move-in ready
Supervising off-field maintenance staff-performance
Following up on marketing strategies and working to improve vacancy rates
All other duties assigned, needed to improve efficiencies
