We are a property management company based in Wilmette, IL. We manage apartment buildings throughout Chicago & the Chicagoland area.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should possess professionalism, self-motivation, good communication and organization skills, superior attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will be a part of a team who redefines property management. Must have a four-year college degree, too.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Primary point of contact for making & preparing materials.
Attend board meetings on an alternating schedule with the Property Manager.

Must have 4-year college degree.
Must have transportation.
Must possess strong leadership skills & customer service abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Must answer emergency calls when Property Manager is unavailable.
