Weekend Event Coordinator

Our client, a top-tier real estate company, is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to lead the charge during weekend events at one of Chicago's most stylish private venues. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly-from vendor check-ins and space setup to music playlists and lighting moods.Responsibilities:Oversee event setup, vendor coordination, and space readinessEnsure all A/V, lighting, and decor elements align with client expectationsAct as the main contact for planners, caterers, and vendors onsiteMonitor guest flow and venue operations throughout the eventPartner with security, engineering, and housekeeping to keep things running seamlesslyWrap up the night with a final walk-through and closeout checklistQualifications:A natural problem-solver and calm communicatorSomeone who thrives in fast-paced environmentsDetail-obsessed with a good eye for aestheticsComfortable giving direction and jumping in hands-on when neededPrevious event experience is a major plus.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
