We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our used car dealership. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining smooth front-desk operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Schedule customer appointments and manage calendars for sales or service staff
Assist customers with general inquiries about the dealership, vehicles, and services
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Support the sales and finance teams with paperwork and documentation as needed
Manage and restock brochures, business cards, and other customer-facing materials
Handle customer complaints or redirect them to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
High school diploma or associate diploma
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with office software and phone systems (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems)
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus
