The individual will be energetic, and team player. The individual will be playing an active role in making sure the customer experience is very easy and pleasant working with the company. We are a distributor of Natural stone and serve Business to Business. Customers visit our warehouse to pick out stone for their projects. Some of the job duties are listed under:
Answer customer queries thru phone calls, emails, texts.
Greet the customer with a warm welcome and explain them the process when they visit the warehouse.
Process sales orders, make invoices, track orders, keep accounts of the customer purchase history, etc
Manage incoming calls, emails, texts.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative preferred
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree preferred
Bilingual Preferred - English and Spanish
