We are looking for an office Assistant for Corporate office. This is a full time position, M-F.
The Position is just for clerical/admin work only.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Answering Phone Calls
- Accounts Payable & Data Entry Assignments ( Word ; Excel)
- Setting up Folders & Files Etc
-Answering e-mails
-Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
-Following up with vendors
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be key in maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
