We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Cortland Estates, a 96 unit apartment community in Cortland, Illinois.
Position Summary:
The Leasing Consultant would be responsible for responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner while presenting the apartment community in a positive light. This position will also be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities:
Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
Answering telephones
Recording traffic
Marketing and outreach
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
Keeping the premises of the office, building, and grounds in clean and orderly condition
Assist in cleaning vacant apartments
Light landscaping Qualifications:
2years of previous leasing or sales experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Market Rate experience preferred
Yardi software experience preferred
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
