We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured residential and commercial property maintenance and plumbing company. We are a service-based company that specializes in commercial and residential tenant occupied properties. We offer 24 hour/ 365 service and currently cover the Chicagoland and Indiana area.
Services offered:
Plumbing (residential, commercial, industrial): Anything from minor to major repairs: backups/ sewer/ drain cleaning (auguring, rod outs, hydro jetting, camera inspection), ejector/ sump pumps, booster pumps, valve/ shut off installation & replacement, toilets, water heaters, faucets, water & sewer repair, re-pipe, upgrades, ADA compliant & handicap accessible bathrooms, code violations, leaks, etc.
General maintenance (residential, commercial, industrial): window & door board up, repair and replacement, commercial/ residential door repair & replacement, (Steel, metal & wood door frames, fire escape exit devises), alarm key entrance & exit locks, keypad entrance lock installation & replacement, door closures, hinges, painting, drywall installation & repair, access panels, floor/ ceiling tile, brush removal, gutter cleaning, gate enclosures, fences, pressure washing, graffiti removal, dock bumpers, bulb replacement.
We currently are looking for but not limited to the following:
- Motivated/ moldable apprentice that has a strong work ethic, can take direction & think on their feet.
- Qualified individual would meet at our shop daily & shadow a plumber/ service technician day to day on service calls, to more technical repairs & approved work.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, show professionalism & be flexible where needed.
- Must have a clean/ insurable driving record & pass a background check
- Reliable
- Must be within a 15-mile radius of Yorkville, & have availability M-F 7am-6pm, with flexibility to work overnights & weekends when needed (limited).
- This is a full-time position w/ opportunity to grow with a licensed outfit.
Job Duties:
- Learning and developing practical skills of the trade
- Working side by side & directly with the owner as well as skilled/ licensed technicians on a day-to-day basis
- Keeping Shop & vehicles clean & organized & being able to change direction when & where needed
