I run a boutique luxury travel advisory business working with high-net-worth individuals to create personalized, high-touch travel experiences around the world. I’m looking for an in-person assistant who is intuitive, organized, and polished — someone I can trust to help streamline both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes side of the business.
This is a great fit for someone who’s meticulous with details, a natural problem-solver, and thrives in an elegant but fast-paced environment. You’ll be helping manage logistics, organizing information, tracking payments and commissions, formatting beautiful docs, and keeping things moving so I can focus on the creative and strategic vision of the business.
Organize and maintain all client information across systems (TravelJoy, Motion, Sion, etc.)
Review and track commissions, invoices, and planning fees
Format and create polished documents (scope of work PDFs, welcome packets, travel proposals)
Manage inbox communication and flag time-sensitive emails
Assist with travel research, supplier outreach, and itinerary prep
Occasionally run local errands or help with in-person client prep (think: travel kits, gifting, print-outs)
Help refine and systematize business workflows as we grow
