ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Able to perform General Office Duties: data entry, filing, scanning, accurate processing of reports and maintaining positive client and customer relations
Basic computer skills: good with Excel / Word and responsible for billing and other clerical responsibilities that arise
Service Dept.: Office/Customer Service will process orders, data entry, follow up with vendors and customer regarding their orders. Person must be detailed oriented and can explain information via phone and/or email
Multitask in fast-paced environment, creative and use good common sense to troubleshoot issues and resolve them on a timely manner
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
Phone etiquette: answering the phone with a clear, friendly and warm welcoming voice
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and read /write in both languages + Plus
Good presentation, good grammar and communication skills
Ideal employee: reliable, self-starter, detailed oriented, creative, and team player (get the job done)
Cannot be sensitive to smell due to work environment may have several different fumes (gasoline, truck, forklift, dust, wood, metal, and etc.)
Pet friendly environment, company dog on premise
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and start time may vary at times
