About Breakaway Management:
Breakaway Management is a property management company with a unique approach to property management services to maximize accountability and transparency for our clients. We specialize in providing consulting and property management services to condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
About the Role:
This is a full-time (40 hours) position working out of our Evanston office.
Job Functions:
Customer service (answering phone calls, emails, etc.)
Provide back-office support to property managers (printing & mailing, insurance renewals, etc.)
Address general accounting questions from managers, clients, and vendors
Assist closing requests (condo questionnaire, 22.1 disclosure, etc.)
Assist with accounts receivable and collections
Requirements:
Must have strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and web-based applications
Knowledge of condominium and homeowner associations preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
Compensation:
This position pays up to $22/hour based on experience
