A leading Chicago-based law firm is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support its attorneys and operations team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the firm's daily operations are seamless-managing schedules, coordinating travel, maintaining records, planning events, and liaising with vendors.
