Our client, a bioscience company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO and other C-suite executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in calendar and schedule management, communication, and supporting high-level projects and initiatives. This role will require 25% travel the company HQ in Indiana.Key Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and travelServe as a liaison to senior management, board members, and external partnersPrepare presentations and communication materialsPrioritize and organize executives' time and ensure they are prepared for daily activitiesHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalismCoordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactivelySupport special projects, including travel and event coordinationQualifications:10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executivesExperience working with a Board of DirectorsExperience with event planning, facilities management, and vendor relationshipsProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Concur Expense Reporting, OneDrive and SharepointStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlinesAbility to travel 25% of the year to the company HQ in Indiana Benefits:A robust benefits package, including unlimited PTO, comprehensive health (multiple options), vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, all fully paid by the company.
