Customer Service / Order Entry for Schaumburg Printing Company
High volume Schaumburg Specialty Printer is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative & Account Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones & assisting customers in the sales of custom printed promotional items.
- Managing customer accounts, providing customer quotes and working with vendors.
- Processing orders from our websites using our web based ordering system.
- Effectively Managing various operations within a small office.
- Entering orders into QuickBooks quickly & accurately in a fast paced environment.
Technical skills required:
- Experience in sales of promotional products and managing customer accounts
Knowledge of the Promotional Product Industry (ASI and PPAI) is preferred.
- Website Store Sales using Adobe Magento is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
- Able to operate an office telephone system effectively, communicating clearly.
- Proficiency in PC/Windows based environment and applications: Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
Personal skills required:
- Good phone speaking and customer relations skills - Positive attitude and teamwork.
- Ability to execute instructions and process changes quickly, accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.
- Must be pleasant & easy to work with, and be able to easily communicate with customers, vendors and co - workers.
- Non Smoker preferred
