We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support our project managers, field supervisors, and office staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, knowledge of construction operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project managers and field supervisors.
Assist with project documentation, including contracts, RFP, permits, change orders, and invoicing.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical project files.
Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely communication.
Special assignment as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience (construction or related industry strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
