Must-Have Prior Knowledge of the Auto Industry
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Familiarization with Auto Insurance Companies
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Must-Have Prior Knowledge of the Auto Industry
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread accurately
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with project coordination and calendar management
