We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Writer to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Qualifications: Speaks Spanish
Experience: Prior experience in vehicle sales and service, particularly in light, medium duty, or diesel trucks, is beneficial
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A technical degree is a definite plus.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of basic automotive systems.
Communication: Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
Computer Skills: Average to above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Products.
Software Proficiency: Ability to learn and use repair order software (experience with RO Writer and All Data is a plus).
Interpersonal Skills: Positive demeanor and the ability to relate well with other employees and customers.
Responsibilities: As a Service Writer at Remkes Garage, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts and will play a key role in our continued success. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with customers.
Utilizing computerized estimating and parts ordering systems effectively.
Engaging in customer sales and service activities.
Contributing to the growth of sales and overall gross profit.
Demonstrating effective leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
Collaborating and working effectively with other employees.
