Job Summary:

This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and familiarity with various project management software tools.
Duties:
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
Utilize construction management software
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and contract specifications.
Prepare reports on project status, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.
Support the procurement process by assisting in contract negotiations and vendor selection.
Utilize tools like HeavyBid and Primavera for project scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience with construction management software
Strong understanding of construction contracts and project scheduling techniques.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in a construction-related role is a plus but not mandatory.
