Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Manager at our Richton Park elderly apartment community.
Our Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Community Manager to effectively manage the community by handling leasing process, including qualifying of prospective residents, answering telephone, scheduling appointment with prospects, touring community, staying current on Management Software tasks and leasing available apartments.
Candidates should have general office and Section 8 experience. Entrata experience a plus.
