Fast growing Real Estate and General Contractor company looking for a remote administrative assistant.
This is position starts as a part time position but could become full time. 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri) 8:00am-13:00pm.
This job is remote to began will will require to be in person when are offices are ready.
Applicant's requirements:
-to have a computer and a cell phone
- to be honest and reliable
- to be punctual and well organized
- to be smart and show initiative
- to be resourceful and to self manage
- to be able to follow instructions
- to be responsive
- to have computer skills and knowledge of the most common softwares
- to have office administration experience (HR, benefits, payroll, etc)
- having real estate experience is a plus (apply for different permits, vendors, etc)
Position tasks but not limited to:
- making sure the procedures are respected
- some HR work
- phone calls to clients and/or vendors
- online research for materials and/or vendors
- get quotes for different things
- assist the CEO with various administrative tasks
- apply to the city of Chicago for different permits
Compensation starts at $19/hour , paid 10/99.
