Advantage Material Handling, Inc. is looking to hire an energetic person for the Administrative Assistant position with an emphasis coordinating rentals. This person will be responsible for communicating with current rental customers and working with potential customers and their forklift rental needs. General office administration work such as phone calling, invoicing, filing, etc. will be part of the day to day activities.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Responsibilities:
Coordinating & tracking current rentals
Rental inventory database management
Phone and email communication with customers and potential customers
Data Entry
Invoicing
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant
Experience in Microsoft Office- Outlook, and QuickBooks is a plus but not required
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Multi-tasking
Positive, high-energy attitude
Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week M-F, No weekends
