Are you someone who enjoys working with machines and ensuring quality output? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process by running multiple robots simultaneously, performing machine setups, conducting quality checks, and adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
Highlights:
1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
$20.00/Hr.
Temp to Hire (Perm at 8 weeks!)
Responsibilities:
Operate three robots concurrently, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
Set up and operate assigned machines according to production schedules and specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Work under the guidance and instruction of the supervisor to meet production targets and deadlines.
Comply with all health, safety, and quality procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support the overall production process.
Requirements:
Previous experience in machine operation and manufacturing preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.
