Job description
Total Truck Branding, a Mana Limited company, is looking for a Print Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The Print Production Associate will be responsible for managing our growing print catalog, including maintaining contacts with printers, scheduling printing runs, and organizing monthly print inventory. To be a successful Print Production Associate, you'll need to have a strong background in printing and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Print, seal, ship, and quality check all print jobs
Coordinate and prioritize print production to ensure deadlines are met
Operate and perform light maintenance and cleaning of print shop equipment
Responsible for maintaining clean work area daily
Prepare machines for printing by checking toner levels and loading appropriate check stock for each print job
Correct paper jams to avoid expensive losses of paper and ink
Inspect print job to check for printing imperfections
Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
Work under the guidance of the manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements
Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
Contribute to waste management and cardboard recycling programs
Identify and report unsafe operations to print manager immediately
Any other duties as requested by the Print Production Manager
Requirements:
Must be able to manage in an organized, proactive, and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments
Must be able to lift 50lb
Must be self-motivated
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of ADOBE suite is a PLUS
Excellent customer service skills
Highly motivated and team oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Multi-task
Job Type: Full-time, 9am-5pm M-F
Salary: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
