Job Title: Production Line Worker

Shay Labs is a leading manufacturer of skincare, haircare, and beauty products. We are looking for dedicated Production Line Workers to join our growing team.
Location: Woodstock, IL 60098
Position: Full-time, 7:30am - 4pm (no weekends)
⚫Starting pay $17.50/HR with consistent pay increases
⚫Free Vacation Pay after 6 months

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
⚫Perform production line tasks such as filling, capping, labeling, and packaging products
⚫Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times
⚫Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work station
⚫Identify equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance for quick resolutions
⚫Meet productivity and quality standards
⚫Comply with cGMP, FDA, and other applicable regulations
Qualifications:
⚫High school diploma or equivalent
⚫Previous experience in a factory environment is preferred
⚫Strong attention to detail
⚫Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
⚫Excellent organizational and time-management skills
