Long time, reputable uniform manufacturer is looking for an experienced fabric spreader and cutter. Must have experience laying out markers, identifying fabric types, spreading fabric. Plus is also having experience using a Gerber automatic cutting machine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Setup and calculate marker and fabric lengths
Identify pattern flaws in fabric
Identify fabric flaws and mark
Spread materials quickly and efficiently
Move fabrics and materials
Possibly operate a Gerber cutting machine
Record quantity of yards cut per order and per fabric
