Must have min 3-year CNC Lathe experience!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC Lathe and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet stringent specifications. The CNC Machinist will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure efficient production processes and maintain high standards of quality.
Duties
Set up and operate CNC machines, including Fanuc-controlled equipment, to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
Perform Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) as required for specific projects.
Collaborate with the engineering team on CAM programming to optimize machining processes.
Fabricate parts using various materials, including plastics injection molding when necessary.
