We’re seeking a hands-on, action-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 3–10 associates across Receiving, Fulfillment, Assembly, and Stock Management. You’ll drive daily operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to ensure clear communication with a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, coach, and evaluate 3–10 warehouse staff (pick/pack, assembly, receiving).
Lead daily huddles, set clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
Deliver ongoing training on SOPs, WMS/ERP workflows, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
Fulfillment & Logistics Management
Oversee pick-pack-ship activities for small-package (Last-Mile), LTL, and full-truckload shipments.
Coordinate with Freight teams, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and schedule inbound/outbound freight.
Receiving & Inventory Control
Direct inbound receiving, verify counts, and update ERP (Cin7Core, Flxpoint, or equivalent) in real time.
Plan and execute cycle counts, month-end and year-end physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies.
Process transfers to other warehouses/3PLs; maintain accurate stock records and reporting.
Assembly & Quality Assurance
Supervise kitting, assembly, and disassembly tasks; ensure completed assemblies are logged in ERP.
Implement quality checkpoints to catch defects, returns, and rework needs before shipment.
Process Improvement & Data Management
Analyze KPIs (accuracy, throughput, labor cost, space utilization); recommend and implement efficiency gains.
Lead continuous-improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen events) to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and raise service levels.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily/weekly operational reports.
Equipment & Safety Oversight
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse vehicles, conveyors, and automated systems.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular facility inspections, and champion a zero-injury culture.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification (e.g., OSHA, Lean Six Sigma) a plus.
3+ years in a warehouse environment with demonstrated supervisory experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise with WMS/ERP systems (Cin7Core, Flxpoint, ShipStation) and MS Office.Proven bias for action: self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings and resolves issues decisively.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.
