Requirements:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Intermediate knowledge of Adobe, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Google Suite Basic proposal layout knowledge (best practices) Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a team environment Ability to balance multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines. Highly organized Minimum 2 or more years of desktop publishing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists in the preparation of proposals for local, state, and federal customers. Follow electronic file structure and proposal file access processes to ensure the security and integrity of all proposal documentation. Archive proposals and project files according to established processes and procedures. Ensure adherence to NAPC proposal templates, processes, tools, and quality standards. Plans for final production and required resources to complete that production. Coordinate the internal flow and review of all proposal inputs and outputs. Provide desktop publishing services. Print (Mimeo), and distribute proposal and all hard/soft copies.
