Our client, a prestigious association, is seeking a Senior Director of Industry Relations to drive strategic partnerships and expand revenue opportunities. This remote-friendly role offers excellent work-life balance and the chance to lead a growing team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for sustainable non-dues revenue growth.Build senior-level relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device companies to identify aligned revenue opportunities.Analyze industry trends and needs to guide strategy and program development.Manage communications with industry partners and leverage surgeon leader engagement for sales success.Set and track annual business development goals and budgets.Collaborate across departments to execute partnership and sales strategies.Work with research teams to enhance access to data and programs.Partner with a Foundation to explore funding opportunities.Measure and report on the success of industry initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.Oversee the Industry Relations Manager to ensure timely program delivery.Qualifications:8+ years in business development, alliance management, or client relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, with 3 years in a management role.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Master's preferred.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
