Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to contribute to the Marketing and Business Development Department. They are looking for someone consistent who is able to work under pressing deadlines.Responsibilities:Coordinate and produce Requests for Information (RFIs)Review proposal requirements and develop work plansTrack and report metrics on proposal activities using Salesforce and other platformsSchedule and participate in proposal/presentation daft review meetings Coordinate various logistics and manage production of pitch drafts and oversee version control About You:A Bachelor's degree required2+ years of business development and/or marketing or communications related experienceExcellent writing and proofreading skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of sourcing portals and management databases a plusAble to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritiesBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
