Office Assistant – Small Personal Injury Law Firm - Spanish Speaking Legal Assistant
25-30 hours per week – flexible hours to work with right person and may turn into full-time. Downers Grove location – casual environment, not a high pressure office.
Interest in working in an Injury Law Firm reviewing medical records and billing statements.
Spanish speaking required given the Clients in this type of practice.
Interest in Personal Injury and Work Injury legal issues. Willing to train, but must eventually be able to review billing notes and have an interest in medical records review, obtain records, bills, etc.
$18.50 to start with review after 45 days (Negotiable) with some initial probation time to see if it works for both. Given the pay and travel costs, it would be better for all if the applicant resided within 15 miles of Downers Grove.
I am considering a travel allowance for greater than 10 miles one way to office, but I am not in a position to set up remote work time.
Periodic Bonuses/Raises. Comfortable with basic office technology, scanning, word processing, minor Excel.
No benefits offered but open to additional payment as substitute if it works out.
