Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Attorney. Responsibilities include drafting complaints, pleadings, discovery (requests/answers), mediation statements, demand letters, and motions. Attorney will also be responsible for meeting with clients, attending court appearances, taking/defending depositions, and motion practice depending on level of experience.
Qualifications
- Background in personal injury or insurance defense preferred but not required
- Ability to perform legal research and draft responses to dispositive motions
- Ability to review and summarize medical records
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois or ability to become admitted within six months of employment

- This is an on-site role with a typical workday running from 9 to 6
