We are looking for an Experienced Window/Gutter Cleaner with light Power-washing along with Snow Removal in Winter Season.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Window Cleaning/Gutter Cleaning Position is 95% Residential Homes but does consist of a Couple Small Nursing Homes and Small Commercial Buildings. Most service is performed on 2-3 Story Homes by Provided Ladders or Water-fed Pole on Commercial Building. This is for the Chicagoland and Surrounding Area's. (NO HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS) Snow Removal is done Weather Permitting and consists of Snow Blowers and Shovels Mostly.
REQUIRMENTS:
Experience,Dependable,Energetic Individual Wanted. Cleanliness with a Strong Work Ethic along with a Drivers License and Automobile with Insurance is a Must.
Also Must be COMFORTABLE with Ladders Inc 36 ft Ext when neededWork will be performed 5 days a week Mon-Friday from 7:30-8:00 Am to Noon-1:00 PM on most days.
This is a Small company so working with the Owner daily is Normal. Owner is very easy going but being able to take Direction and Attention to Details is a Must.
Good Communication is required with both Owner and Customer when needed.
Compensation depends on Experience and is payed Weekly.
Company does not have a revolving door so Long Term Employee is Wanted.
