The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is crucial in supporting our logistics and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Accurately pick and pack material from stock for shipment, delivery, or walk-in customers daily.
Safely operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
Make sure all documentation that is required for pick-ups, deliveries, and post deliveries is filed, formalized, or sent to the appropriate person daily
Examine and inspect stock items for wear, damages or defects when pulling, reporting any damage to supervisor
Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code daily
Perform physical inventory cycle counts when required
Follow safety procedures and wear the proper safety equipment
Perform quality control of received parts.
Supports team members, Warehouse Manager, or any other party of the company or customer when required to ensure warehouse processes are followed efficiently and effectively
