We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general repairs, maintenance, and small construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who can troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
Assemble furniture and other equipment as required.
Inspect and diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all work meets safety and building code requirements.
Communicate with clients and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
Certification or training in a trade
Experience with drywall repair and installation.
Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
