=OPEN TO TRAINING UNEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS==
We are a residential, commercial, and high-rise window cleaning and pressure washing company looking for an experienced high-rise/residential window cleaning technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality window and surface cleaning to residential and commercial customers, including high rise locations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and positive customer interactions
Provide exceptional interior and exterior window washing at residential and commercial sites, along with other cleaning services such as pressure washing
Assist with job estimates
Proper use of equipment such as ladders, lifts, water fed poles, pressure washers and other equipment necessary for high-rise window cleaning.
Perform duties according to industry standards and safety regulations
Prepare and care for job equipment and supplies
Communicate effectively with customers and team
Requirements and Skills:

Ability to climb and work from ladders
Comfortable working from heights
Clean driving record/ valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic

Previous high-rise/ Rope access experience
Pay: Commission-based for Commercial High-rise and Residential Work
