WHAT WE OFFER
Pay?$21.25/hr.
Schedule?Monday thru Friday 3pm-11:30pm shift
Benefits? Medical, Dental and Life Insurance after 60 days along with others!
WHAT YOU NEED
Be at least 22 years old
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Must have 2 year of verifiable Forklift experience
Must have leadership experience 2+ years
Must have good computer skills
Must have reliable transportation
Positive attitude and perfect attendance
Ability to lift 45 lbs.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHEN
Shift 3pm-11:30pm Monday thru Friday .
Managing workload as necessary to ensure production requirements.
Communicates effectively with supervisor, group, peers, other employees, and oncoming shift.
.Actively participate and maintain Work System Initiatives
Perform all machine operator duties, as requires.
Responsible for directing the tasks of employees
Assign task, coach, and responsible for the outcome of tasks performed by a group of employees.
Performs other related duties as required.
