We're looking for a dedicated Field Installation Lead to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional service to homeowners in the Chicagoland Area.
Role Overview:
Lead and execute the installation of Leaf Filter systems, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Oversee daily on-site installations, tackling custom adjustments, and direct interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Train and mentor installation staff, enhancing their skills for better quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
Commit to safety by following strict guidelines and travel to various locations as needed to complete projects.
Key Qualifications:
Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Bring at least 3 years of experience in the fields of construction, remodeling, or gutter installation to the table.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Hold a valid driver’s license and be adept at physical tasks, including the use of ladders and handling of installation equipment.
