Hello! I am in need of replacing a cleaning lady / light ad hoc work that I have used for the past 10 years as she is retiring.
I have two properties within about one mile of each other in Logan Square area.
I am not looking for a one time service but a long-term solution that can come every 2-4 weeks.
The tasks are as follows:
Property 1:
1. Sweep and mop stairs, hallway every two weeks.
2. Sweep and mop common areas (around the building, in the yard) every two weeks.
3. Mow the grass (front and back, very small yard)
4.Rake the leaves and/or use the blower
5. Blow the leaves from the back porches.
6. Clean windows - when necessary.
Property 2:
1.Sweep and mop stairs, hallway every two weeks.
2. Sweep and mop common areas ( around the building, in the yard) every two weeks.
3. Mow the grass (front and back, very small yard)
4. Rake the leaves and/or use the blower
5. Clean windows- when necessary.
6. Sweep and mop in the basement area, removing garbage from there.
There are also some seasonal items such as a big spring cleaning in doing all of the windows.
