Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily on-site maintenance and rehabbing projects, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Lead and manage crews, coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as needed and monitoring efficient performance.
Manage and track materials, ensuring proper use.
Pull all kind of necessary permits.
Resolve on-site conflicts in a timely manner, to obtain top quality efficiency, employee satisfaction, communication, morale and commitment.
Prepare and submit daily reports and pictures on project progress, issues and solutions, site conditions, manpower, and producing schedules.
Review and verify employee time sheets for accuracy before submitting them to the payroll.
Qualifications and Skills:
Own reliable truck/van and willing to travel within a 1-hour radios.
At least 3 years of documented work Experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance and rehabbing methods, materials, and best practices
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and HVAC to assist in project coordination.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, surveys, schematics, and construction drawings.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, humble and able to teach and learn.
Strong coordination, time management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to work with variety of people.
Ability to problem solve quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual is preferred.
Basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
Physical Requirements:
Work outside in all weather conditions.
Physically fit to lift heavy objects.
Stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, stretch and sit.
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required.
