Maintenance for multi unit properties

Maintenance person wanted, cleaning, painting, drywall, lawn care, some plumbing and carpentry skills, must be able to lift 50+ lbs, willing to work some weekends when apartments are being flipped, must have own transportation, 20 hours/week guaranteed, may be more, not looking for cleaning or painting services, in search of independent person
