Portabidets, a division of Zacuto, is a growing startup bringing innovative travel bidets to market. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to help us with light product assembly, packaging, and shipping at our Chicago facility.
Position: Light Assembly & Shipping Associate
Location: Chicago, IL (West Side)
Type: Contract / Temp Work (with potential for full-time hire)
Project Timeline:
Training week: September 22nd
Start date: Around September 25th
Duration: 2–3 week project
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Assemble small plastic components (snap-fit and O-ring assembly, no heavy machinery required, just a screw driver)
Package finished products neatly and accurately
Prepare orders for shipment (labeling, boxing, and palletizing when needed)
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Follow quality control guidelines to ensure every unit meets our standards
Requirements:
Ability to work with your hands on small parts
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Able to stand/sit for extended periods
Reliability and punctuality are a must
Prior warehouse, assembly, or shipping experience is a plus (but not required — we provide training!)
