Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance, including but not limited to:
Clean restrooms, common areas and grounds
Emptying garbage cans
Water flowers and plants
Salting and snow removal
Cleaning vacant office space
Mopping/sweeping/vacuuming
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Cleaning and maintenance experience preferred
Weekends required
Ability to take initiative
Ability to maintain friendly and professional attitude at all times
