We are looking for a technician to add to our team. We are the premier Hybrid Car/Battery repair Auto Shop in the Chicago area. We work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible 8-hour day shifts). We offer weekly pay, bonus pay and a good working environment. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The work that we do represents the future of the automotive world. We also work on electric vehicles and electric car batteries. We appreciate strong work ethics and well organized individuals. We are a small team but we are planning to grow together. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Install and uninstall hybrid car batteries.
Assembly/disassembly hybrid car batteries.
Cleaning and quality assurance of hybrid car battery components.
Delivery and installation of hybrid car batteries within a 250-mile radius from our shop.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting hybrid and electric cars.
Maintain a clean/organized work area.
Requirements:
Current Driver's License - with an acceptable driving record.
Good physical condition.
Must be able to handle up to 75lb weight.
Electronics/wiring repair experience is a plus.
Experience with basic auto repairs is a plus but not necessary.
