Lead a team of 1 or 2 staffers in providing facility maintenance and repair services, predominantly during after-hours shifts.
Willing to work a flexible weekly schedule, alternating hours based on project requirements.
Oversee and participate in various repair tasks, including patching, painting, tile repair, grouting, and other general maintenance, mainly in retail chain locations.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for repairs.
Communicate effectively with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.
Requirements:
Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability for overnight shifts and weekends.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
