About the Role:

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Handyman / Maintenance Technician. In this role, you’ll contribute to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our facility, with opportunities to grow into more advanced positions like Machinist or Shipping/Receiving Administrator.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys variety, is passionate about learning new skills, and is eager to take on different challenges each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning) to maintain facility cleanliness.

Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and office areas.

Assist in machine maintenance tasks, such as coolant and oil level checks, and maintain accurate documentation.

Organize material handling and storage areas to keep operations running smoothly.

Occasionally operate machine shop equipment and help with product assembly.

Handle local delivery and pick-up duties (within 10 miles).

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License required.

Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, with frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds.

Use of personal protective equipment (steel-toe shoes, eye and ear protection).

Commitment to safety and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.

Work Hours:

Full-time position.

Day shift starting at 6:30 am, Monday through Friday.

40-hour workweek during a 6-week trial period.
