Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Forklift Operator at Sigma 3PL in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for shipping & receiving, unloading, material handling, packing, and forklift operations to support the efficient flow of materials within the facility.
Qualifications
Shipping & Receiving, Unloading, Material Handling, and Packing skills
Forklift Operation proficiency with 2 years sit down
Experience in warehouse operations
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
Experience using WMS RF scanners
Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand extended periods of time)
Certification in forklift operation is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Hours
8 AM to 5 PM M-F with 1 hour lunch break
